Time Perception Test

Five rounds at a target you choose. After all rounds, see your average error, early/late bias, and consistency score.

5 ROUNDSHIDDEN TIMERSOLO

How accurate is your internal clock? This 5-round test asks you to silently estimate different time intervals — 3 s, 5 s, 7 s, 10 s, and 15 s — then reveals your accuracy, timing bias, and consistency.

No timer is shown during each round. Press STOP when you believe the target time has passed.

Time Perception Test FAQ

What does the Internal Clock Score mean?expand_more
It is the average accuracy across all 5 rounds (3 s, 5 s, 7 s, 10 s, 15 s). A score of 90+ means you can estimate time very precisely; 70–89 is solid; below 70 suggests room to improve with practice.
How is accuracy calculated for each round?expand_more
Accuracy = max(0, 100 × (1 − |error| ÷ target)). A stop at 9.980 s on a 10 s target has an absolute error of 0.020 s and scores 99.800 %. A perfect stop (0 error) shows 100.000 %.
Why does the test show 5 different target times?expand_more
Different durations test different aspects of your time perception. Shorter intervals (3 s) rely on rhythm; longer ones (15 s) test sustained attention. The variety gives a more complete picture of your internal clock.
Can I retake the test?expand_more
Yes. Press "Retake Test" at the bottom of your report to start a fresh 5-round session. Your previous reports are saved locally so you can compare over time.
Does this test measure ADHD or any medical condition?expand_more
No. This is a casual browser game and self-observation tool, not a medical, psychological, or cognitive assessment. It cannot diagnose ADHD, anxiety, or any condition. If you have concerns about your attention or focus, consult a qualified professional.

How This Mode Works

Choose your target time, then complete five rounds. Each round, you press START, wait without watching the clock, and press STOP. After all five rounds, the game calculates your average error, whether you tend to stop early or late, and how consistent your timing is.
